“Esthetic Case Report” is the prestigious competition intended for doctors who practice non-surgical methods of aesthetic medicine to present the best cases from everyday practice.

Only doctors of medicine and doctors of dental medicine can apply for this competition.

We will publish your cases with before and after photos on our social networks

The committee of experts of the Croatian Society of Aesthetic Medicine and the Medical Esthetic Institute will select the best cases and announce the results of the competition at the 12th Croatian Aesthetic Medicine Symposium (CEMS), which will be held from March 17 to 19, 2023 in Opatija.

The best cases will be evaluated in two categories:

1. Social Media Award

The participant with the most collected “likes” on the official Instagram page of the Croatian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (@cemsstagram) will receive a free registration fee for attending the 12th CEMS in Opatija as a reward.

2nd Expert Award

The best case announced by the expert committee will receive a free registration fee for the “ADVANCED MASTERCLASS – GLOBAL FACIAL REJUVENATION TREATMENT”

The rules of the competition are as follows:

1. Fill out the form

Enter information about yourself and the patient.

Add before/after treatment photos

Describe the information about the treatment and the products used

* The patient’s consent is mandatory for the publication of the performed treatment on social networks.

* By publishing photos on social networks, the protection of identity (photo with darkened eyes) and personal data must be fully guaranteed, and all patient data must be secret and confidential.

2. The Expert Committee will select the cases that enter the final selection and which will be published on the Instagram page of the Croatian Society for Aesthetic Medicine (@cemsstagram).

3. To collect as many likes as possible for yours, it is possible to share the posts to your own web pages.

4. Each doctor can report one case.
